Project Manager/ Admin assistant hybrid

Peak Exposure Media is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives on structure, accountability, and keeping creative teams moving forward.

We’re a content marketing company focused on content creation and social media management. This role sits at the center of our operations — supporting account managers, protecting deadlines, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

    • Keep account managers on track and projects progressing

    • Hold the line on deadlines (and help the team hit them)

    • Send daily team accountability check-ins

    • Track client projects, deliverables, and timelines

    • Step in where needed to support admin and operational needs

    • Highly organized and detail-driven

    • Comfortable leading with accountability (not micromanagement)

    • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented

    • Able to balance structure with a fast-moving creative environment

  • This is a hybrid role — part project manager, part administrative support — and a key position as we continue to scale.

    Role requires 5-10 hours a weeks.

    Pay is between $20-$25 an hour depending on industry experience.

    You need to be a self starter and innovate your own system to further lead the team in your role.
