Project Manager/ Admin assistant hybrid
Peak Exposure Media is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives on structure, accountability, and keeping creative teams moving forward.
We’re a content marketing company focused on content creation and social media management. This role sits at the center of our operations — supporting account managers, protecting deadlines, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Keep account managers on track and projects progressing
Hold the line on deadlines (and help the team hit them)
Send daily team accountability check-ins
Track client projects, deliverables, and timelines
Step in where needed to support admin and operational needs

Highly organized and detail-driven
Comfortable leading with accountability (not micromanagement)
Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
Able to balance structure with a fast-moving creative environment

This is a hybrid role — part project manager, part administrative support — and a key position as we continue to scale.
Role requires 5-10 hours a weeks.
Pay is between $20-$25 an hour depending on industry experience.
You need to be a self starter and innovate your own system to further lead the team in your role.
